Holland America Line and Seabourn add to sales team


The joint team behind Holland America Line and Seabourn in the UK has added to its sales staff.

Emma Paolino, who has worked as reservations coordinator for both brands, has been promoted to business development representative south. She will report into Dani Scannella, business development manager. Matt Betteridge has joined the company from Princess Cruises. He will report into Bekkie Skipp, who is now business development manager for the North & Scotland.

Katie Noviss, pictured, has been promoted from assistant business development manager to business development manager giving her responsibility over tour operators, Alaska, certain key accounts and off-shore business.

Wendy Lahmich, sales director for both brands said: “We are delighted to have such a strong sales team at a time when our brands are also going from strength to strength, with new ships, new partnerships and the potential to continue to grow our mutual business with existing and new partners.

“Emma and Matt’s roles will be largely office based at Carnival House in Southampton however they will eventually have their own account management responsibilities. We congratulate Katie Noviss on her very well deserved promotion to business development manager, as well as Lucy Harris, who was recently promoted from BDR to senior business development representative”.
