Crystal Cruises has announced that chef Nobu Matsuhisa will join Crystal Serenity’s Baltic Bliss sailing from Stockholm to Dover.
Special dinners, curated menus, book signings, cooking demos and other celebrations will be hosted by the chef whose restaurants Silk Road and The Sushi Bar are on Crystal Serenity and Umi Uma is on Crystal Symphony.
“It is always a pleasure to have Nobu join our guests at sea, as he is nearly as famous for his engaging personality as for his masterful cuisine,” said Toni Neumeister, senior vice president of hotel operations.
The special dining experiences offered are the Silk Road Omakase which costs $200 per person and includes a signed copy of Nobu’s cookbook, and the Ultimate Omakase Sushi Bar and Connoisseur’s Vintage Dinner which is $1,000 per person.
The Baltic Bliss voyage departs Stockholm for Dover on June 19 this year, calling in Helsinki, Tallinn, St. Petersburg, Berlin/Warnemunde and Copenhagen.
Cruise only fares start from £4,225 per person based on double occupancy.
