Clia UK & Ireland’s Plan a cruise month begins today, with the association working with cruise lines, agents and the media in order to increase cruise sales.

This year’s initiative will cover a different region for every week:

  • Week one: Europe
  • Week two: Americas
  • Week three: Australasia
  • Week four: Asia

Andy Harmer, SVP membership & director, CLIA UK & Ireland said: “Plan a Cruise Month is an opportunity for the whole cruise industry to work together to highlight the incredible holidays that our industry offers – and this year, by focusing on ‘destinations’, we get the chance to showcase all of the places and experiences that we offer ashore.

“We’re calling on our agent partners to get involved with promoting Plan a Cruise Month to their customers by highlighting the amazing experiences that a cruise holiday can offer. Be sure to visit our website throughout October. which we will be updating regularly with new destination themed material, as well as offers and incentives that agents can take advantage of.”
