Royal Caribbean has announced details of entertainment on board Harmony of the Seas, the world’s largest cruise ship.

The Oasis-class vessel will span 16 guest decks, carry 5,497 guests at double occupancy, and feature an impressive range of activities.

Two new headline shows, in the form Broadway musical Grease and Royal Caribbean original, Columbus, The Musical!, will show at the Theatre Royal.

The line also announced its AquaTheatre, similar to those found on Oasis of the Seas and Allure of the Seas. Passengers will be able to watch acrobatic dives as performers jump from two 10-metre high platforms into the largest and deepest freshwater pool found at sea.

The new AquaTheatre will also offer two new shows, including The Fire Line, a “360 degree immersive entertainment stunt show” and Hideaway Heist, a comedy show.

Elsewhere, guests will be able to see two performances from professional ice skaters: 1887, an original Royal Caribbean production about 19th century Paris, and all new iSkate Showcase, where the most talented skaters showcase their skills.

Royal Caribbean also announced puzzle adventure Puzzle Break: Escape the Rubicon and karaoke at the On Air Club, and much more. Full details can be seen at royalcaribbean.com/harmonyoftheseas.

“We are taking entertainment to the next level on Harmony of the Seas with more captivating, immersive entertainment experiences than ever before,” said Nick Weir, Vice President, Entertainment, Royal Caribbean International.

“The level of innovation that has gone into our latest lineup is truly mind blowing, and Harmony guests can expect the unexpected with our biggest, most awe-inspiring stage yet.”
