A-Rosa launches new trade campaign
Why Now? Why Not? looks to educate agents about the value of a river cruise
A-Rosa River Cruises has launched a new campaign for the trade designed to highlight to agents that there has never been a better time to book a river cruise.
The campaign, called Why Now? Why Not? looks to ensure agents, and their clients, know the value that a river cruise represents.
Centred around A-Rosa’s peak summer offers – with prices starting from just £1,329pp – the campaign looks to showcase the different elements that make up a river cruise.
A-Rosa’s packages include flights, private transfers and food and drink.
Lucia Rowe, managing director at A-Rosa River Cruises said: “Europe is always such a popular choice for a summer holiday, but this year prices for elements such as flight and accommodation are high as the cost-of-living crisis continues everywhere. As agents continue to search for affordable summer options for their clients, we saw the value in creating a campaign that clearly puts river cruising up there as a viable option that they must consider, and we want to do all we can to ensure they offer it to customers as an alternative for city or resort stay enquiries.
“We know that holidaymakers want to feel they are getting value for money and an experience that is special to them. This campaign is all about bringing to the forefront those moments that are completely unique to river cruising, whilst also showing that due to all the inclusions it offers fantastic value for money.”
The river cruise line has also launched a new competition that means one agent will be the proud owner of a Two Bare Feet stand up paddle board worth over £400.
Rowe added: “We like to do things a little differently at A-ROSA and we have so many activities that can be enjoyed during our cruises from exploring on two wheels or enjoying sundeck yoga to active excursions such as paddle boarding or of course, our dedicated ‘Run The River’ running cruise. I hope the chance to win a paddle board will really appeal and give agents the chance to see just how much fun it can be getting away from it all and exploring from the water.”
All agents who make a booking between now and 16 June will be entered into a prize draw and the winner will be picked at random after the closing date.
