Aegean Odyssey sails into UK for first time
Voyages to Antiquity’s Aegean Odyssey has sailed into UK waters for the first time ahead of its ex-UK sailings in 2017.
The 350-passenger ship arrived in Falmouth last week as part of its 24-day Grand European Voyage.
It then moved to Dover where a group of travel agents and Cruise Adviser were invited on board for a ship tour and lunch.
Its 2017 programme features 17 itineraries, four ex-UK sailings and maiden visits to the Orkney and Shetland Islands, Iceland and Olbia in Sardinia.
On 29 June 2017, the ship will sail a 15-day Iceland, Faroes and Shetland Islands roundtrip from Tilbury.
A 16-day England, Ireland and Scotland cruise will also depart from the port in July 2017.
