Aled Jones to perform on Christmas river cruise

The singer will be the star attraction on a Danube Christmas markets river cruise, departing in November 2023

Aled Jones MBE will perform on a Danube Christmas markets river cruise, departing in November 2023.

The four-night voyage on the 92-passenger Emerald Dawn has been organised by tailor-made holiday specialist, Imagine Holidays and will call at Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest.

Jones will perform songs from The Snowman, including festive favourite ‘Walking in the Air’, as well as a selection of seasonal carols. There will also be a Q&A session with the singer.

“I’m so excited to be performing The Snowman in a unique and intimate setting, including a live performance of the iconic tale with strings, while I tell the story,” said Jones.

“I will also be singing the famous ‘Walking in the Air’ and performing a selection of my favourite Christmas carols, both old and new, which I guarantee will leave guests full of cheer. The Snowman and some of our best-loved carols; what better way to get into the festive spirit?”
