APT, Hurtigruten and Star Clippers to host joint roadshows

APT, Hurtigruten and Star Clippers are to host a series of roadshows throughout October for UK travel agents.

The three ‘Niche Roadshows’ will be in in Poole, Torquay and Cardiff, for the non-competing brands.

The evening events will include presentations, the opportunity to win prizes such as restaurant vouchers, action cameras and iPads, as well as an evening meal and drinks provided.

Jessica Shelton-Agar national sales manager for APT said, “We’re delighted to be working together with our industry partners, Hurtigruten and Star Clippers, to host these special sessions.

“We all appreciate how busy travel agents are, so we’ve created a series of regional evening events that promise to be both fun and informative.

“Our collective aim is for agents to leave us with a much more detailed understanding of our brands, products and the incredible experiences we can each offer to their clients. We’re hoping for a good turnout in each location so we’re urging agents to sign up as soon as possible to secure their place.”

The event schedule is as follows:

Poole – the Harbour Heights Hotel on Tuesday October 16
Torquay – the Grand Hotel Torquay on Thursday October 18
Cardiff – Village Hotel Cardiff on Wednesday October 24
