Arena River Cruises has launched its 2023 portfolio of cruises aboard the four-star MS Arena, with early bird prices available on all bookings made before June 30.
The new programme includes short cruises, longer journeys exploring the Rhine and Danube and a selection of festive breaks.
Managing director Steve Goodenough said the line was seeing “greater confidence in booking”, with clients planning further ahead again following the pandemic.
He added: “With many departures this year filled by bookings re-scheduled during the pandemic, availability on some of our more popular cruises has been limited, but plenty of dates are now available for those planning for 2023 already.
“Unfortunately due to ongoing increases in operating costs, it is inevitable that prices will have to rise in the near future so we would recommend that agents encourage their clients to book early wherever possible to secure the best prices.”
The MS Arena is the line’s flagship and launched in the Netherlands on March 30. The 192-guest ship replaced the line’s MS Serenity, and is on a four-year charter.
The line said the short cruises in the new programme “offer an affordable introduction to river cruising”. With the early bird pricing a three night Dutch Waterways and Keukenhof Gardens cruise aboard the MS Arena departing on April 14 or 21, 2023, starts at £495pp. The price is based on two sharing a main deck cabin on full board basis, including return coach travel from the UK, ferry crossing from Dover, entry to the Keukenhof Gardens and services of a cruise manager throughout.
Alternative travel options by air and rail are available on most cruises, and cruise only pricing is also offered.
