Back in time for bed reveals first family day out

Back in Time for Bed, the parent support network, has revealed details of its first family fun day out.

Taking place on September 3 on Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas, the event will allow parents to network while children play, all while experiencing what the ship has to offer.

The day out will provide a host of activities for both children and parents. From kids’ clubs,
swimming, bumper cars and lots of sporting activities, to having a go on the ship’s FlowRider surf
simulator and taking in the stunning 360- degree views from the ship’s glass observation capsule, North
Star as it rises to more than 300 feet in the air.

Back in time for Bed is a support network for working parents across the UK travel industry that was
launched back in February 2023, and created by Vicky Billing, head of partnerships for Riviera Travel and
Anna Perrott, head of supplier relations at Panache Cruises.

Billing said: “This will be Back in time for Bed’s first major activity to bring
together working parents from across the travel industry and build our community. We are hugely

excited to be hosting it with Royal Caribbean and extremely grateful for their support with the
initiative.”

Perrot added: “Our children get to hear about what we do at work, day in and day out. It will be great
for them to experience our amazing industry first-hand onboard Anthem and meet lots of other travel
industry families.”
