Celebrity introduces new resources for agents

The announcement coincides with a new Mini Wave campaign and several new additions to the line’s sales team

Celebrity Cruises is introducing new tools, resources and earning mechanisms to show its support for agents.

The announcement coincides with a new Mini Wave campaign which includes a 60 per cent saving on the second guest, and sees the line reintroducing Celebrity Reward points on every booking, maximising earning opportunities.

Reward points can be redeemed against reloadable Mastercards, onboard gifts, donations to Reuben’s Retreat charity and more.

The line will also launch their first printed brochure since 2018 next month and an enhanced digital selling guide is available to download from the homepage of Celebrity Central, which is also being refreshed.

“Our travel partners are critical to the success of our business, so we’re pledging to bolster our support with a multi-faceted strategy in recognition of all they do for us,” said Claire Stirrup, sales director, UK and Ireland.

Celebrity has also announced some internal team changes, with Mandy Burrie promoted to strategic account manager and Ros Nigrelli returning from maternity leave to her role as trade support manager.

The team has also been bolstered by the addition of Matthew Stuart as business development manager, Charlotte Hallam as field sales manager, Victoria Snelgar and sales planning and activation manager and Jessica Trickett as regional sales manager for the north west and east.
