Celebrity launches new pricing structure ‘Sail Your Way’

Celebrity Cruises has announced the launch of “Sail Your Way”, a new campaign that enables guests to tailor their cruise experience by choosing from a selection of onboard benefits.

Launching on November 19, Sail Your Way has been designed in response to feedback from guests who want more flexibility when choosing their cruise holiday. All guests – from Inside to AquaClass staterooms – can now choose from onboard credit, drinks packages, wifi and gratuities in three packages.

“Sail All Included” comprises all four perks – premium drinks packages, gratuities, unlimited wifi and $300 to spend onboard. Suite-Class guests receive this package as standard.

Guests who select “Sail Plus” can add two perks from the four options to their booking. “Sail” is the lowest available fare with no extras, but guests get good value and the flexibility to add perks while onboard. 

Between November 19, 2019 and March 3, 2020, additional guests (3, 4 and 5) receive a 50 per cent saving on the cruise fare.

We have also extended this offer to Inside staterooms, previously only available to OceanView and above, to ensure this is truly inclusive.

The line is supporting agents throughout the campaign with a range of training assets and collateral, from new selling guides and toolkits to social assets and dedicated flyers for home workers and call centres, all available on Celebrity Central.

Celebrity worked closely with trade partners to identify the assets they find most useful for new campaigns and announcements. A “Sail Your Way” video will be available to agents, highlighting the key offers and benefits for guests.

A new module on Celebrity Passport will also be introduced to encourage partners to learn about the new pricing structure, with webinars and Facebook Live sessions also available.
