Clia announces luxury and river showcases

Clia has announced plans for travel agent showcase events in Manchester and Norwich, focusing on the luxury cruise and river cruise sectors.

The announcement was made at its inaugural Asia River Cruise and Destination Forum, taking place this week in Vietnam and Cambodia.

Andy Harmer, director Clia UK and Ireland, said: “We are delighted to be bringing these events to UK travel agents in September this year. The events in Manchester and Norwich will be the perfect opportunity to highlight the incredible innovation and breadth of cruise options in the river and luxury sectors of our industry.”

Around 70 places will be available at each event, and details of venue, programme and how to secure a place will be revealed shortly.
