Explore the amazing Ayeyarwady and mighty Mekong with Heritage Line
eWaterways are delighted to introduce Heritage Line’s unique and luxury wellness and gourmet voyages through Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam
Heritage Line – one of the most distinguished and renowned luxury river cruise lines in Southeast Asia – will sail special themed cruises through Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam in 2018.
The series of wellness and gourmet voyages will run from the end of October and throughout November on the Ayeyarwady river and on the mighty Mekong.
Swiss Michelin-starred chef Felix Eppisser will join the elegant Anawrahta in Myanmar, where guests will be treated to special dining events on the five-day Bagan to Mandalay journey while, on the Mekong river, Heritage Line will welcome Sara Danesin Medio, Italian-born MasterChef finalist and restaurateur, on board The Jahan on a five-day voyage from Phnom to Siem Reap.
Guests can also book the Mekong Gourmet Voyage for the seven-night itinerary, which starts in Saigon and ends in Siem Reap, enjoying three additional days of cruising before the culinary highlights start with a welcome dinner in Phnom Penh.
Heritage Line has also invited an expert partner for the two wellness-themed cruises on the Ayeyarwady and Mekong in October. Yoga and health expert Marion Meidlinger will guide guests through daily yoga and meditation sessions, and there will also be nutrition lecture demonstrations and walking and cycling tours.
Heritage Line’s luxurious flagship, Anawrahta, is the very embodiment of extravagance. Its suites combine British grandeur with local art for a true east-meets-west feel. The Jahan, meanwhile, is its most romantic cruise ship. The vessel’s staterooms and suites are beautifully appointed and stylish interior design, complete with antique furniture.
