Fred Holidays reappointed GSA for Pandaw

Fred Holidays has reappointed general sales agent for Pandaw.

Pandaw specialises in river cruises in Asia including on the Mekong through Vietnam and Cambodia; the Red River and Halong Bay in Vietnam; the Upper Mekong through Laos and Thailand; the Irrawaddy and Chindwin rivers in Burma; and the Ganges and Brahmaputra in India.

Fred Holidays is adding land tours to the river cruises, including UK return flights, as part of its 2023 launch. These include:

• A 21-night Palace On Wheels & Pandaw Brahmaputra River Expedition taking in the landscapes of India. The trip combines a seven-night ‘Palace on Wheels’ train journey through the heart of Rajasthan and a seven-night expedition cruise on the Brahmaputra with Pandaw, as well as stays in New Delhi and Guwahati. Departures on 7^th January and 18^th and 25^th February 2024 with prices from £9,895 per person.
• A 17-night Vietnam Culinary Explorer, Classic Mekong & Angkor Wat itinerary that takes travellers on a gastronomic journey through the flavours of northern, central and southern Vietnamese cuisine including cooking courses as well as visits to popular sites in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. The adventure continues with a Classic Mekong river cruise exploring the delta of Vietnam and the serene countryside of Cambodia as well as the Angkor temples. Departures between September and December 2023 with prices from £7,445 per person.

Also new for 2023 are:

• A 10-night Vietnam Culinary Tour
• Pre- and post-cruise stays in Bangkok and Singapore
• A three-night pre- or post-cruise tour of the Angkor temples
