Fred. Olsen to sail from Portsmouth
The line’s is offering three itineraries on its ship Balmoral to Spain, Portugal, the Canaries and, for the first time, Antarctica
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is to sail from Portsmouth from next month.
The ex-UK specialists are offering itineraries on their ship Balmoral, all leaving from the South Coast port in December and January.
The ship departs on December 10 for a 12-night festive voyage to Spain and Portugal, during which guests will be able to visit the festive light displays of Vigo and Funchal’s Christmas markets.
A 14-night festive break to the Canaries follows, departing on December 22, followed by an epic 78-night exploration of South America and the Antarctic, for the first time in Fred. Olsen’s history.

“These sailings have been hand-crafted by our team of dedicated journey planners, to offer our guests something special at the time of year they are visiting.
“Plus, the smaller size of Balmoral means everyone can be sure of a warm and friendly atmosphere aboard all of her sailings, whether it’s for a warmer festive break, or that once-in-a-lifetime voyage to South America and Antarctica.”
