Sister brands Holland America Line and Seabourn have announced a number of promotions at their UK contact centre.

The changes have been overseen by Sarah-Jane Jacobs, who was herself recently promoted from UK contact centre manager to UK and Europe senior contact centre manager.

Lucie Cousin has moved from her role as a concierge to key accounts specialist, while Sam Walker has been promoted from concierge to res accounting representative. Meanwhile, Richard Freeborn and Hanna Lewens have moved from international air sea representatives to international air sea specialists.

Earlier this year David Wright was promoted to team leader alongside Joanna Taylor, while Caroline Saunders moved from concierge to key accounts specialist and Lucia Falso from concierge to senior concierge.

UK and Europe managing director Lynn Narraway said: “Our contact centre team work so hard in handling cruise, air and hotel reservations for our guests and travel partners, as well as skilfully handling the many enquiries and significant administration these roles entail.

“It is therefore a real pleasure to be able to reward members of the team for their knowledge, experience and loyalty.”
