Personalised customer e-brochure launches to trade
Cruisingexcursions.com has launched a travel agents’ sales tool enabling them to create shore excursion e-brochures for their cruise customers.
The brochures are automatically built online by a generated PDF and are personalised with the customer’s name, the agent’s name and direct contact details.
Included in the PDF brochure are excursions with prices for each port of call for the customer’s cruise itinerary.
The range of Essential Collection excursions give guests access to the key sites in a port of call and private, tailored experiences. Agents can also offer Port Packages deals – bundles from three onwards.
After creating the PDF from the crusingexcursions.com website, the agent has the option to send an email with the personalised shore excursion brochure to their customers along with a copy being sent to the agent.
