Princess announces Enchanted Princess comedy cruise
The ship will welcome acts including Rory Bremner, Ardal O’Hanlon and Lucy Porter
Princess Cruises guests will be able to enjoy a star-studded line-up of comedians on a new comedy-themed cruise on Enchanted Princess this June.
The seven-night ‘Comedy Stars’ Scandinavia voyage departs June 24 on the line’s new UK homeport ship. It features performances from BAFTA winning impressionist and comedian Rory Bremner, best known for writing and starring in Channel 4’s political satire show Bremner, Bird and Fortune.
Comedian, writer and actor Ardal O’Hanlon will also take to the stage. He is the star of Father Ted and Death in Paradise and was a guest in the last two series of Channel 4’s Derry Girls. Comedian, presenter, writer, and actor Lucy Porter will also perform. She is a well-known face on TV from shows including Live at The Apollo, Would I Lie to You, QI, Mock the Week and Richard Osman’s House of Games.
Customers will also be able to catch The Comedy Store Players, an improv group who perform a different show every time, and have performed at the London Comedy Store every Sunday since 1985.
Enchanted Princess joined the Princess fleet in November 2021 and will join sister ship Sky Princess and two other Princess ships – Emerald Princess and Island Princess – sailing out of Southampton this year.
All-inclusive balcony fares for the seven-night Scandinavia cruise start from £849pp. The itinerary sails roundtrip Southampton with stops in Kristiansand (Norway), Skagen (Denmark), Oslo (Norway) and a late departure from Copenhagen (Denmark). The fare includes all-inclusive premium drinks, unlimited wifi and crew appreciation.
