Princess Cruises appoints trade manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland
Princess Cruises UK has announced the appointment of Liam Hunt to the position of territory business manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Starting on March 25, Liam will be based in Scotland. He is the fifth UK and Ireland territory manager to report to Ellie Webb, Princess Cruises’ sales manager.
Liam will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with the trade through face-to-face agent engagement, enhancing local training and supporting Princess’ immersive ship visit programme, as well as other region-specific initiatives.
With a background of 15 years in the travel industry, most recently specialising in cruise at Barrhead Travel, Liam has a wealth of agent experience. He is well-versed in sharing his own experience and knowledge of Princess Cruises, having already spent time on board both Caribbean Princess and Emerald Princess.
Ellie Webb said: “The team and I are delighted that Liam will be joining us later this month. Liam brings with him a wealth of brand knowledge, having already experienced Princess ships first-hand, alongside some great ideas on how to support and engage our agent partners.”
Liam said: “It’s such an exciting time to be joining Princess Cruises with the launch of Sky Princess later this year and Enchanted Princess next year. I’m really looking forward to joining the team and working with old and new agent friends alike.”
