Royal Caribbean announces sales team appointments

Royal Caribbean International has recruited a new sales director and new head of key accounts for the UK.

Sales director Martin MacKinnon will be joining the Royal Caribbean sales team from early April. Previously head of sales at personal care corporation Kimberly Clark, MacKinnon will join the UK and Ireland senior leadership team and report to associate vice president and managing director of UK and Ireland, Ben Bouldin.

With a track record of developing and delivering winning sales strategies, Donna Carley will join as head of key accounts in April.

“In Martin I believe we have found a very credible individual with a passion for sales that this business demands,” said associate vice president and managing director, UK and Ireland, Ben Bouldin.

“Similarly, Donna has the breadth of experience and the ambition and drive to equip her very well in the role of head of key accounts. I look forward to working with them both and welcoming them to our Royal Caribbean sales team.”

Finally, Lauren Mepham, previous retail manager at Tui, has started her role as regional sales manager for London South & the Channel Islands.
