Scenic Group is ramping up its support for agents ahead of next year‘s Wave Season with a new series of training webinars.
The weekly sessions will focus on the best of Scenic and Emerald Cruises’ product to drive trade engagement in the peak selling period.
Scenic Group has uploaded a pre-recorded webinar covering its river cruise product for both brands on the Mekong and the live 30-minute sessions begin at 9.30am on November 25 when sales manager Jonathan Davies looks at the Rhine, Main and Danube.
Each webinar will also be uploaded onto the company’s agent training portals for agents unable to join in the live sessions.
“We’ve made no secret of the fact that Scenic sees huge potential in the travel trade, and we’re keen to spread our message far and wide,” said Scenic and Emerald Cruises director of trade sales Andrea Stafford.
“Every week more and more agents are selling Scenic and Emerald Cruises products for the first time and there is a real thirst for knowledge in the sector.
“Our new webinar series will serve as a great introduction to our brands, offerings and itineraries, as well as providing the essential information retailers need to secure lucrative bookings going forward.”
In a separate initiative, Scenic Group is also running a series of Agents That Lunch events for valued trade partners in towns and cities across the UK during December.
They will take place in Guildford, Surrey and Manchester (December 6); Sutton Coldfield and Edinburgh (December 7); Brentwood, Essex (December 13); Solihull (December 14); and Cardiff (December 15).
