Seabourn introduces The Collection for Venture Med sailings

Seabourn, the six star cruise line, has introduced a series of special sailings that feature heightened onshore events.

Seabourn, the six star cruise line, has introduced a series of special sailings that feature heightened onshore events.

Named ‘The Collection’, the experiences are designed to complement the company’s onboard offering.

The series will focus on five seven – 10-night Mediterranean sailings on Seabourn Venture, the company’s expedition vessel, in lieu of an expedition cruise.

Lynn Narraway; Seabourn’s VP UK & EMEA said: “We wanted to offer something a little different, tailored experiences that will tap into our guests’ special interests.  During Winter and Summer, Seabourn Venture is a polar expedition ship, however these spring (non-expedition) voyages are perfect to showcase onboard a ship that carries just 264 discerning travellers. Depending on the itinerary they select, guests will enjoy exclusive access to private cultural events, fine dining at world renowned wineries and premium tickets to iconic tennis tournaments in a selection of marquee ports. Our introductory Mediterranean cruises onboard Seabourn Pursuit last summer sold very quickly therefore we encourage agent partners not to delay in promoting these unique cruises to their clients.”

‘The Collection’ will comprise of:

  • Two ‘Mediterranean Marvels & Matches’ sailings between Barcelona and Rome of 7 and 8 days with overnights and tickets to the Monte Carlo Masters and Barcelona Open Tennis Tournaments
  • Two ‘Andalusian Nights’ 10-day sailings between Barcelona and Lisbon featuring an overnight in Seville with an exclusive shoreside event.
  • A ‘Vineyard Vista’ 8-day sailing between Lisbon and Dublin with an overnight in Bordeaux and an exclusive shoreside event.

Prices will start from £4,899pp for an 8-night cruise.
