Silversea announces new sales appointments

Silversea, the ultra-luxury cruise line, has announced three new appointments to its UK and Ireland sales team.

Luke Clarke has been promoted to regional sales manager for the south west; Lucy Hopkins has been promoted to business development executive UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa; and Georgina Mullany has been promoted to inside sales executive UK & Ireland

Clarke has taken over from Paul Fallows who was recently promoted to corporate and incentive sales manager UK & EMEA. Clarke will work in a team alongside Donatella Valzasina in the south east, Sarah Dooley in the north west, Julie Nunes in north east and Amanda Middler covering Scotland and Ireland.

Connie Georgiou, Silversea sales director, said “This is well deserved promotion for Luke and we believe his expertise will further enhance our sales team and reinforce our commitment to providing a highly personalised level of service to our travel agent partners.”

Both Hopkins and Mullany will report directly into Louise Saywood, Silversea’s inside sales director, who added: “The enhanced inside sales team will provide us with greater opportunity to grow and nurture new trade partner relationships and provide our partners with the support to build their business with Silversea.”
