Silversea debuts ‘My Silversea’ website area
Luxury cruise line Silversea has launched a ‘My Silversea’ section on its website, an area for travel agents and guests to arrange their cruise preferences and book onboard activities.
The area, which is a similar initiative to that already on lines likes Norwegian Cruise Line, will also allow first time guests to register for brochures and other materials before departing.
Guests can now make online dinner reservations for the first time

The system, which has been fully rolled out across Silversea’s classic fleet, is only partially available on its expedition ships – the option to pre-book certain services is still under construction.
“Besides being more intuitive for the user, one of the great enhancements of ‘My Silversea’ is that guests sailing on our classic fleet, and their travel agents, can now make online dinner reservations for the first time,” said Mike Bonner, Silversea’s UK general manager. “And travel agents will now find it much easier to access valuable marketing support tools and manage their clients’ bookings online.”
The system allows speciality dining to be booked up from 120 to seven days in advance of departure as well as shore excursions, spa facilities and fitness services.
Members of Silversea’s Venetian Society will also be able to log in to My Silversea to see their voyage history.
