Silversea reveals Silver Endeavour voyages
The line has announced 25 itineraries for its new expedition ship. Plus, they have appointed Megan Saunders as business development manager
Ultra-luxury line Silversea has revealed a collection of 25 voyages on its new expedition vessel Silver Endeavour.
Between May 2023 and March 2024, guests will journey to 116 of the planet’s most beautiful and remote cold-weather destinations across Northern Europe, the Arctic and Antarctica.
The cruises range from six to 18 days, with 24 maiden calls for Silversea, including the rarely explored Canadian High Arctic and Hudson Bay, and the spectacular Ellesmere Island, the northernmost point of Canada.
“Expanding the most diverse polar offering in ultra-luxury expedition cruising, we are delighted to unveil Silver Endeavour’s new collection of voyages for summer 2023 and winter 2023/2024,” said Conrad Combrink, Silversea’s SVP of expedition, destination and itinerary management.
“With state-of-the-art expedition amenities, the industry’s highest space-to-guest ratio, and the leading team of experts on board, Silver Endeavour will deliver the most enriching experiences for guests in the world’s most remarkable destinations, as they journey in unparalleled comfort.
“Silver Endeavour represents the commitment of Royal Caribbean Group and Silversea Cruises to pushing boundaries in travel; she is the most advanced ship in her class.”
Meanwhile, the line has added to its UK team of luxury experts with the appointment of Megan Saunders as business development manager.
Saunders started the role earlier this month and has several years experience in the luxury sector with CLIA, The Cruise Portfolio and, most recently, as business development manager at Windstar Cruises.
Saunders said: “I am delighted to join Silversea at an exciting time of development and growth: with four new ships and two more to come, I am thrilled to be joining at such an exciting time to attract even more discerning guests to Silversea’s luxury cruise offering.”
Peter Shanks, managing director UK & Ireland added: “This appointment will reinforce our UK team and highlights our commitment to supporting our trade partners in accomplishing their objectives successfully. Megan’s experience in the cruise industry, combined with her knowledge of the luxury sector will contribute immensely to our growth objectives.”
