Tradewind Voyages reveals new programme

Line unveils 2022/23 Mediterranean and Caribbean schedule

Tradewind Voyages has unveiled its full programme for the 2022/23 season with the world’s largest tall ship Golden Horizon making its inaugural voyage to the Caribbean next November.

The line’s Caribbean season features 20 new voyages spanning the Grenadines, St Vincent, St Lucia, Guadeloupe, British Virgin Islands, St Kitts, St Barts and Antigua, and will run from November 2022 to March 2023.

Tradewind’s Mediterranean season will run from April to September 2023, and will include 22 new sailings to Spain, France, Italy, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece and Turkey.

The line is offering an incentive on all voyages booked before January 31, 2022, including a deposit of £100 per person and final payment due 30 days before sailing, along with a complimentary Horizon beer and wine collection worth up to £410 per person for 2022 voyage, excluding Christmas and new year departures.

Prices start from £1,799, based on a double cabin.

Alan McGrory, CEO Tradewind Voyages, said: “We are delighted to be able to present the full 2022/23 voyages for the senses programme to our partners. This will allow our past guests that have been eagerly awaiting to book both 2022 and 2023 voyages on board Golden Horizon to do so.  In addition, we hope it will help our agents and their clients in planning ahead and provide the confidence to continue to make travel plans at this time.”

Golden Horizon’s design is based on France II, a square-rigged tall ship built in 1913.

The ship houses five bars, spa facilities, three pools, and a dining room with a central skylight. All of the ship’s 140 cabins offer ocean views. The ship’s philosophy is to be powered by nature and to sail without propulsion where possible.
