Travelsphere reveals rebrand

Travelsphere, the former All Leisure Group brand, has unveiled its new branding, as well as a new brochure and website – including a number of cruise options.

“Travelsphere has been organising incredible escorted holidays around the globe for over 50 years. We love to share our passion with like-minded people, and today, with our customer promises we have changed the touring landscape,” said Alastair Campbell, Travelsphere’s managing director.

“Every single tour date in our new brochure is guaranteed to operate. This gives our customers complete confidence to book. Our customers now have 115 unique tours with more than 600 departure dates to choose from, with more being added all the time.

“We also have an early booking Price Promise which guarantees our customers will get the best price when they book early, or we’ll refund the difference,” Campbell added.

The company, which is now part of G Touring, is also introducing a Price Match Guarantee. If customers find an identical tour with a different operator at a lower price, Travelsphere will refund the difference and give a £100 credit towards their next booking.

“As an indication of our customer commitment, we have adopted a new strapline, ‘Holiday of a lifetime, every time’, and it is this vision that guides everyone at Travelsphere,” Campbell said. “Customers returning from a Travelsphere tour will find that we have extended our loyalty scheme and we are now offering a discount to any customer who rebooks with us within six months.”

The company’s new brochure includes 60 destinations such as the Galapagos, Italy and Tanzania. There are also cruise options in destinations including Norway and Alaska.
