Tui River Cruises promises post-holiday refunds
If Tui River Cruises customers aren’t happy with their holiday, they can get their money back in full once they return home
New river cruise line Tui River Cruises has launched a new holiday satisfaction promise, which pledges to give any dissatisfied customers a full refund after their river cruise holiday – if the customer’s issue can’t be resolved by the onboard team during their cruise.
The satisfaction promise is offered to customers booked on summer cruises (August 2-October 25) on top of existing options for free flexible changes up to 14 days before travel, plus affordable Covid testing and vaccination-only sailings.
“We’ve introduced extra measures to allow us to operate safe and enjoyable river cruises, and we know that our customers will have an amazing experience when they sail with us,” said Chris Hackney, Tui River Cruises’ managing director.
“We are so confident people will love sailing with us, if for any reason we do not fulfil our promise to deliver a fantastic holiday with excellent service, and a customer is genuinely not satisfied, we’ll give them their money back.”
The cruise line is offering a £300 discount on new bookings before October 25 with the code SETSAIL300. The full list of river cruises can be browsed on their website.
