“Unprecedented demand” for Enchanted Princess

The ship will sail roundtrip itineraries from Southampton this summer

Princess Cruises has reported “unprecedented demand” for Enchanted Princess’ 2022 ex-UK season.

The voyages went on sale at 8am on March 23. The roundtrip itineraries from Southampton operate from May to September this year, with 13 voyages ranging from four to 14-nights. Destinations include the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Scandinavia and Norway.

Speaking hours after the itineraries went on sale, Tony Roberts, Princess Cruises UK and Europe vice president, said: “demand has exceeded expectations”. He added: “Trading in the first four hours has been even stronger than for our Seacations launch this time last year, which was one of our strongest trading days in history for the UK market.”

He said travel agent partners “are reporting a significant uptick in bookings, with many guests having registered interest before the new cruises went on sale.”
