Jacob Foster

The 44.5-metre Sanlorenzo Alloy motor yacht Pandion Pearl has officially been sold, marking another notable transaction in the high-end superyacht market.

The sale was completed with Cornelius Gerling of Edmiston representing the seller, confirming continued demand for modern, performance-driven yachts in the 45-metre range.

Delivered in 2021, Pandion Pearl is part of Sanlorenzo’s Alloy series, a line known for combining sleek styling with lightweight construction and strong performance.

Even just a few years after delivery, the yacht remains highly desirable thanks to her contemporary design, generous volume, and versatile onboard layout that suits both private cruising and charter use.

A Modern Design with Space Where It Matters Most

Designed with exterior lines by Zuccon International Project, Pandion Pearl carries a sharp, modern profile that still feels timeless.

Her interior was created by Studio a.s.h, while Sanlorenzo handled the naval architecture in-house, ensuring a well-balanced blend of style and functionality.

With an internal volume of 486 gross tons, the yacht offers impressive space for her size. She can accommodate up to 12 guests across five staterooms, including a standout master suite that spans three decks a rare feature in this size category.

This private owner’s area offers a sense of separation and exclusivity typically found on much larger yachts.

Additional guest accommodation is located on the lower deck and includes two VIP staterooms with double beds and two twin cabins, each fitted with an extra Pullman berth, making the yacht ideal for families or mixed guest groups.

Outdoor Living, Toys and Strong Performance at Sea

Outside, Pandion Pearl is designed for relaxed yet social cruising. Her upper deck features a spacious lounge, a Jacuzzi, and a formal dining area that allows guests to enjoy meals either indoors or in the open air.

The lower deck beach club creates a seamless connection to the water, serving as a hub for swimming, lounging, and watersports.

The yacht is exceptionally well-equipped when it comes to water toys. Onboard, guests will find two Williams tenders, a Jet Ski, multiple Seabobs, a Fliteboard, kayaks, paddleboards, wake and water skis, plus inflatables including a floating trampoline and slide offering endless entertainment at anchor.

Powered by twin MTU engines, Pandion Pearl cruises comfortably at 18 knots and can reach a top speed of 22 knots, making her both fast and efficient for Mediterranean or Caribbean itineraries.

At the time of sale, her last known asking price was €24.9 million, which converts to approximately $27 million USD, depending on exchange rates.
