The 61-metre Feadship superyacht Samadhi was recently seen anchored at Emirates Palace Marina in Abu Dhabi, becoming a notable sight during the Gulf Superyacht Summit 2025. Delivered in 2006 as April Fool, the full-displacement vessel remains admired for its timeless Feadship styling and refined onboard comfort.

Built by the Dutch shipyard with exterior and naval design by De Voogt Naval Architects, Samadhi later received a significant interior update by Luxury Projects, blending modern design elements with her classic layout. Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure give her the stability and range needed for long-distance cruising, reinforcing her reputation as a capable and well-balanced yacht.

Inside, the yacht welcomes up to 12 guests across six elegantly updated staterooms, offering a warm, contemporary atmosphere. Her exterior lifestyle spaces are equally impressive, featuring a main deck aft pool, a large swim platform with direct sea access, and a sundeck arranged for casual relaxation with a barbecue area and raised Jacuzzi overlooking the water.

Samadhi’s visit to Abu Dhabi provided a striking contrast between her clean, elegant lines and the modern marina backdrop, further cementing her status as one of the standout Feadship yachts cruising the region.

Owner of Samadhi

Samadhi is owned by Dutch billionaire Laurens Last, a seasoned yachtsman and prominent investor who also holds a controlling stake in Heesen Yachts. Last acquired the 61-metre Feadship in 2023, shortly after it returned to the brokerage market. His ownership has since seen the yacht undergo an extensive refit, refining both her interior and onboard lifestyle features.

Estimated Price of Samadhi

At the time of her sale, Samadhi carried an asking price of around roughly $45 million. Following her refit and market appreciation for pedigree Feadship yachts, her current value is estimated to be close to $50 million USD, positioning her among the more desirable yachts in her class.
