Costa Cruises is celebrating the season of love with a special Valentine’s Day sale that encourages travelers to start planning.

Timed around Valentine’s Day on February 14 and National Take a Cruise Day on February 3, the promotion is designed to make future cruise plans more appealing and more affordable.

The limited-time offer gives guests the chance to upgrade their experience without paying extra. Travelers can book a balcony cabin while paying the price of an ocean-view stateroom, adding more comfort and space to their journey at sea.

Couples aren’t the only ones who benefit from the promotion. Costa is also offering up to 50% off the cruise fare for the second guest, making it easier for pairs to enjoy a premium cruise experience together.

Families and small groups are also part of the deal. Third and fourth guests sailing in the same stateroom can cruise for free, a perk that adds real value for those traveling with children or friends.

The Valentine’s Day sale applies to a wide range of destinations. Select cruises in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean and Asia are included, giving travelers plenty of options to match their travel style.

Most of the eligible sailings are seven nights long, but Costa is also offering shorter three- to five-night cruises. This flexibility allows travelers to choose between a full vacation and a quick escape.

The discounted itineraries run from February 2026 through September 2027. Departures include popular homeports such as Barcelona, Piraeus and Santo Domingo, covering both classic and emerging cruise routes.

Costa’s North America sales team says the promotion is about more than just savings. It’s an invitation to plan meaningful travel experiences that celebrate love, friendship and time spent together.

Costa is also expanding its South America offerings, with ships like Costa Diadema now sailing seven-night itineraries across Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, giving travelers more regional cruise options.

Beyond the pricing incentives, Costa highlights its onboard atmosphere. Italian-inspired dining, romantic settings and thoughtful touches help create memorable moments, whether it’s a quiet dinner, a couple’s spa treatment or sunset views at sea.

While the offer is tied to Valentine’s Day, Costa emphasizes that romance is part of its cruising identity year-round. The sale simply adds an extra reason for travelers to secure a future voyage and look forward to special moments on the water.
