€24.5M Royal Hakvoort Yacht Olmida Sold, Renamed Lady Maxine

The 49.8 meter Royal Hakvoort motor yacht Olmida has been sold and renamed Lady Maxine, according to brokerage reports confirmed this week.

Built in 2019 by Dutch shipyard Royal Hakvoort, the yacht was last publicly listed for €24,500,000.

The sale marks another high-value transaction in the Northern European custom yacht segment, where pedigree build quality continues to attract buyers despite a softer global brokerage market.

Olmida was designed inside and out by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, giving the yacht a consistent and understated aesthetic. Her exterior lines emphasize long-range capability, while the interior favors clean layouts and muted finishes rather than high-gloss styling.

Measuring 49.8 meters in length with a beam of approximately 9.6 meters, the yacht has a gross tonnage of around 499 GT. She accommodates up to 10 guests across five staterooms, including a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, and carries a crew of up to nine.

The yacht features a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure and was built to Lloyd’s Register classification. Twin Caterpillar diesel engines power the vessel, delivering a top speed of roughly 14 knots and a cruising speed near 12 knots. Her displacement platform and fuel capacity make her suitable for extended voyages.

Since her delivery, Olmida has operated primarily in private use, with limited public charter exposure. Her condition and relatively young build year likely contributed to sustained buyer interest at the upper end of the 45- to 55-meter market.

The sale comes shortly after a busy period for the brokerage market, which saw several high-value yachts change hands during the December 15–21 sales window.

Following the sale, the yacht has been officially renamed Lady Maxine. Details regarding the buyer and the final transaction price have not been disclosed.
