Each week we’ll be running our Cruise of the Week feature, based around our most recent Cruise Adviser guide. For the next few months, we’ll be focusing on luxury cruises, each based on a different destination and season. This week it’s North America in the winter.

The dining options on board Koningsdam are top notch. Some of the best in the industry in fact — from seafood at Sel Der Mer to Tamarind, an Asian fusion restaurant. Look out for the De Librije menu, too, from Michelin-star chef Jonnie Boer.
