Richard Sofer made managing director of Thomson Cruises
Thomson Cruises has announced that Richard Sofer is to replace Helen Caron as its managing director.
Caron has been promoted to distribution and cruise director for Tui.
Richard Sofer joins Tui from glh, which has hotel brands including Thistle, Guoman and Every.
He has been chief executive of the company since September 2012. Before that he was interim CFO and head of finance. He has also worked for Argos and Whitbread.
