Sail Croatia reports increase in bookings
The luxury small ship operator says that its 2023 Elegance sailings for mature travellers are over 60 per cent booked
The luxury small ship operator Sail Croatia has revealed that its 2023 Elegance sailings for mature travellers are over 60 per cent booked, five months before the first departure.
Croatia is becoming an increasingly popular destination with older Brits who made up 86 per cent of guests on the operator’s Elegance Split Return North itinerary in 2022.
Almost as popular was the Dubrovnik Return, which sails from the Game of Thrones filming location to Hvar, Stari Grad, Split, Makarska and Korcula.
“We’re delighted to see the continued surge in UK bookings for our luxury sailing experiences,” said Grant Seuren, Sail Croatia director.
“Our Elegance Cruises offer the optimum in comfort, indulgence and breath-taking scenery. There is no better way to experience Croatia than by sea, and we look forward to welcoming our loyal UK guests back onboard next season, as well as travellers experiencing an Elegance Cruise for the first time.”
Sail Croatia’s Elegance fleet is aimed at mature travellers and sailings are scheduled between April 16 and late October, 2023.
It includes the newly upgraded luxury ship, Olimp. The 36-guest vessel includes a shaded lounge area surrounding a Jacuzzi, and a new swimming platform that extends into the sea for easy access to the water.
Sail Croatia offers agents a 10 per cent commission on all Elegance Cruises. A low deposit is currently available, which allows passengers to secure their 2023 cruise for £50.
