has hosted its fifth Travel Agent Appreciation Awards, with Trailfinders the big winner on the day.

Trailfinders took home awards for Best Performer, Galapagos; Top Agency, Southern Ireland; and Top Performing High Street Agency. Other winners included TTNG, which took home best consortia while Kuoni won best luxury agency.
