Turquoise Yachts Makes History With Launch of 88m Flagship Superyacht Angelique

Turquoise Yachts has officially launched its largest superyacht to date, the 87.7-metre Angelique, from its Pendik facility in Istanbul. The launch marks a defining moment for the Turkish shipyard and its growing presence in the ultra-luxury yacht sector.

Previously known as Project Vento, Angelique has been under construction since 2021. Her debut reflects years of detailed craftsmanship, technical coordination, and close collaboration between all parties involved.

This flagship launch now places Angelique ahead of the 79-metre Nympheas as the biggest yacht ever built by Turquoise Yachts. It also reinforces the yard’s reputation for delivering large, highly customized superyachts.

Design Focused on Elegance and Experience

Angelique is the ninth collaboration between Turquoise Yachts and H2 Yacht Design, responsible for both her interior and exterior styling. Owner representation was led by Occam Marine, with the client introduced through Ethereal Yachts.

The yacht features a classic bow paired with flowing lines and a deep blue hull that gives her a sporty yet refined look. Her uncluttered profile and balanced proportions create a timeless design that stands out without excess.

This bold design philosophy echoes other future-forward yacht concepts, including ER Yacht Design’s 200-foot Logos, a superyacht engineered to look in constant motion even while at anchor.

Inside, Angelique accommodates up to 12 guests across seven flexible staterooms, including a private owner’s deck. A central spiral staircase and large skylights allow natural light to flow through the main living areas.

Built for Charter-Level Luxury

Angelique’s onboard amenities focus heavily on entertainment, wellness, and outdoor living. Highlights include a 6.5-metre glass-sided pool, a drive-in tender dock, and an expansive beach club.

The forward helipad doubles as a basketball court, while the sundeck features an outdoor cinema and DJ setup. Guests can also enjoy two Jacuzzis, a full spa with hammam and sauna, and a panoramic gym.

The yacht will join the Edmiston charter fleet from summer 2026, starting in the Eastern Mediterranean. Weekly charter rates are expected to begin at €1.2 million.

With several large projects already under construction, Turquoise Yachts continues to build momentum. Angelique’s launch signals that the shipyard is firmly competing at the very top end of the global superyacht market.
