Custom Line is an Italian company engaged in building luxury marine vessels in a radical step that highlights the changing world of luxury maritime construction by launching its latest masterpiece, the Saetta 128.

This trideck motor yacht, which was made public on November 26, 2025, was named after the Italian term denoting a lightning bolt and, as such, is symbolic of high speeds, power, and compelling looks. With the yachting world awakening with the era of expectation, the Saeta 128 is destined to revolutionise the design of the planing hull of the vessels of this magnitude, making a combination of high performance and unmatched luxury.

The release coincides with the fact that the superyacht market is seeing an influx of orders for the vessels, which can be both fast-moving and luxurious. Being an offshoot of the world-famous Ferretti Group, Custom Line has made the Saetta 128 its game-changer as its owners are affluent, and they demand adrenaline and comfort on the open waters.

Inspiration behind the Design: Striking Like a Bolt from the Blue

The exterior design of the Saetta 128 can be regarded as the product of innovative styling, which was developed in the first collaboration between Custom Line and SY Design. The studio added vibrant lines to the yacht, which remind us of the lightning-fast and uncontrollable lines.

One of the most important characteristics is the sloping transom, which complements the aerodynamic form of the vessel but also lengthens the aft sundeck and upper deck in charming curves. This structure is not only enhanced as far as motion is concerned, but also maximises outdoor enjoyment.

SY Design concentrated more on keeping a smooth figure by using flowing window frames and placing cutouts in the ceiling that would enable natural light to infiltrate the buildings. What has been created is a yacht which seems to cut through the waves even on anchor.

Ferretti Group Engineering Department is in charge of naval architecture that does not jeopardise the aesthetic vision but secures the structural integrity. This collaboration is an evolution of classic designs with a focus on planning hulls, which are normally found on smaller, sportier vessels.

Posh Interiors: Two Tastes of Customised Chic

The interior of the Saetta 128 is designed by ACPV Architects and has two different thematic moods that can be chosen by customers with varying tastes. The palette of the Perfect Mood offered has deep shades of chocolate, mocha, walnut, and maple, with the tiles made of pure white marble and smooth ivory. This establishes a style, a stylish atmosphere that suits an individual who wants to experience a luxurious shopping experience without being flaunting.

Instead, the Classic Mood utilises warmer oak finishes combined with linear wallpapers, with a nautical theme that is classical in nature. The owners can tailor the furnishings to suit their own style, but without losing the overall design style of the yacht.

The design places emphasis on the common spaces, and the top deck has a large second saloon of 215 square feet. Glass walls are open to merge the outdoor and the indoor space, resulting in a U-shaped settee and an optional hot tub.

The open-plan saloon, formal dining, fully equipped galley and forward master suite are accommodated in the main deck and portray a panoramic view. Four guest staterooms are located below deck and are privately situated and have en-suite amenities.

The classic beach club has been transformed by the ingenious use in using it as a multi-purpose area. This can be converted to an alfresco lounge, or filled with water toys, located to maximise fun on the water.

Performance and Specification: Power Finds Efficiency

The key aspect of the Saetta 128 is its outstanding performance figures. The total length of the yacht is 130 feet 7 inches, beam 25 feet 3 inches; draft, 7 feet 1 inch, and the yacht is designed to be agile. It has twin 2,600-horsepower MTU motors that push it to a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots. This makes it possible to have fast crossings over oceans as its range of 1,000 nautical miles with 11 knots assures long journeys without having to refuel frequently.

The reason is that the planning hull that is not common with a yacht of this stature adds to the responsive handling and fuel efficiency. The engineering team of Custom Line has also optimised the propulsion system to reflect minimal vibrations and noise on board, thus the on board experience is serene even when full throttle is applied.

Accommodations are to the size of 10 guests in five staterooms, and the work of the crew maintains the impeccable service. The tonnage, strong construction of the yacht are appropriate for both Mediterranean and Atlantic Crossing.

A New Start to Custom Line and the Yachting Industry

The Saetta 128 is an important development in the planning line of Custom Line and incorporates new partnerships and design philosophies. Through collaborating with SY Design and ACPV Architects, the builder has added some freshness to a market that is usually full of clichés. The model is attractive to the new generation of owners of yachts who are concerned about speed without losing luxury.

With sea trials underway in the next few weeks, expectations are set on the first deliveries that will come in the next year. Experts in the industry state that the Saetta 128 will shape the future designs and take hull technology and interior customisation to the next level.

As a sustainable period and an innovation converge, the Saetta 128 has integrated sustainable materials and efficient systems, which are in line with the increasing environmental awareness among the wealthiest people. The dedication to perfection that Custom Line has adopted makes this yacht look like a ray of hope in the contemporary luxury of the sea.

The Saetta 128 vessels will undoubtedly become the new icon of innovativeness in the realm of superyachts, as its lighting-incited powers will make it impossible to avoid a sense of excitement when it comes to the brand. This ship has the potential to simply initiate the next generation of high-speed luxury on the high seas with the industry keeping a close lookout.
