Damen Yachting has confirmed the sale of another 60-metre Amels superyacht, reinforcing continued demand for the Dutch builder’s Limited Editions range.

The yacht was sold while under construction at Damen’s shipyard in Vlissingen, the Netherlands, according to industry reports.

The sale marks the eighth confirmed transaction for the Amels 60 platform, one of the most commercially successful models in the 60-metre segment.

First introduced in 2019, the Amels 60 combines a proven hull with semi-custom flexibility. Buyers gain the advantage of a shorter delivery timeline while retaining a high degree of personalization.

The yacht’s exterior styling comes from Espen Øino, whose design emphasizes clean lines, expansive glazing, and balanced proportions. The profile has become a defining feature of the series.

Interior design for this latest hull is being handled by Harrison Eidsgaard, with a fully bespoke layout tailored to the owner’s preferences.

Like its sisterships, the yacht will accommodate up to 12 guests across multiple cabins and carry a professional crew.

Damen has not disclosed the final sale price. However, the yacht was previously offered to the market with an asking price of €79 million, which converts to approximately $92.4 million USD at the current exchange rate.

The Amels 60 platform also offers hybrid propulsion options, allowing for quieter cruising and improved efficiency at lower speeds. These features have become increasingly important for owners operating in environmentally regulated regions.

With multiple Amels 60 yachts already delivered and others under construction, the series continues to play a central role in Damen Yachting’s order book.

Recently, Oceanco released images of its new 80m Project Y729, which has excited the superyachts market again.
