CLIA 2019 conference to include Celebrity Edge visit

Clia UK & Ireland has revealed that its 2019 conference will include a visit on board Celebrity Edge.

The conference will take place on May 15-17 in Southampton.

Other ship visits will take place on MSC Preziosa and Cunard’s Queen Mary 2. The conference will also include a trade fair and gala dinner.

Ship visits play a huge role in the event and we are delighted to give agents to the chance to explore these amazing examples of modern cruising.”

The three-day flagship event, the largest travel agent event in the UK, will see agents be given the choice of visiting Celebrity Edge or MSC Preziosa on May 15, followed by the afternoon trade fair. The conference and gala dinner will take place on May 16. The final day will see delegates given the opportunity to visit Cunard’s ship.

The event will be open to Clia member travel agents, with registration open from September 12. Early bookers will get the chance to choose the ship they visit on the Wednesday 15 May.
