Riviera reveals new cruise and tour brochure

Riviera Travel has revealed details of its new cruise and tour collection, featuring an extensive package of transatlantic, small ship and Dalmatian coast cruises.

The tours are part of Riviera’s 2017 programme.

The luxury operator will be offering tours including one in which customers will be given the opportunity to travel on board the Queen Mary 2 in Southampton and set sail for New York. After a few days in the Big Apple they will take a flight to Buffalo where guests can see the Niagara Falls, and then on to Toronto before flying back to the UK.

The 14-day package – which includes flights, cruise, hotel stays and tickets to sightseeing venues – has departures in May and October 2017 with prices starting at £1,799 per person.

Riviera is also offering a longer 17-day tour which will start in Southampton and head to New York on the Queen Mary 2. However, after a few days in a New York hotel, passengers will fly to Calgary, before heading to the spa resort of Banff, where they will be pampered for two days in a hotel. From there it is on to Icefields Parkway to see the Rocky Mountains before boarding a Rocky Mountaineer scenic train for a two day rail excursion. Guests will finish up in Vancouver before getting the flight back to the UK.

Prices for the 17 day tour start at £3,999.

There are shorter trips of 11-nights available within the Mediterranean with prices starting at £1,749. These tours include flights to Athens, nine-nights on board the Aegean Odyssey as well as all sightseeing along the way.

An eight-day tour of Spain in October 2017, including a four-night coastal cruise is available from £1,099.
