Amadeus agrees deal with Fred River Cruises

Amadeus River Cruises has appointed Fred River Cruises as its general sales agent for the UK.

Amadeus, which is owned by Lüftner Cruises, was previously represented by Stuart Perl, who is now the managing director of AmaWaterways UK.

Amadeus has a fleet of 11 river vessels and will launch the Amadeus Provence, which will operate along the Rhone and Saone rivers, next Spring.

The company will offer eight-day Burgundy and Provence cruises on board the new ship for £1,210 per person. The price includes drinks at dinner and free wi-fi.

A 15% discount will be applied to all bookings made before the end of November 2016.
