Andy Harmer promoted to international role at Clia
Cruise Lines International Association (Clia) has promoted Andy Harmer, former vice president, operations and director, UK & Ireland, to senior vice president, membership.
Bo Larsen, former vice president, strategic partnerships, has also been promoted to senior vice president, strategic partnerships.
Harmer, who joined Clia in 2006 will be responsible for working with Clia leaders around the world to oversee all travel agent and professional development programmes.
Larsen, who joined Clia in 2014 will manage the strategic direction of Clia’s Executive Partner Programme on a global scale.

Both will serve as members of the leadership team under Cindy D’Aoust, president and CEO, Clia.
“I am truly proud of both of these leaders, they have each demonstrated a key combination of expertise and leadership during their time with Clia and I am looking forward to working more closely with them in these expanded roles,” said D’Aoust. “Their presence in Europe will ensure complete alignment and execution across all global offices to continue to drive our industry forward.”
