Princess to host biggest ever fam trip

Princess Cruises is to host 300 travel agents on a single cruise next year in what the company has said is its biggest ever fam trip.

The trip will give agents a chance to experience Ocean Medallion, Carnival Corporation’s latest piece of passenger technology, which will debut on Princess in November.

The ‘Medallion Mega Fam’ is open to all agents in the UK and Ireland. Agents can win a place on the trip by making a 2018/19 booking and entering the code INNO18 between September 1 and October 31.

From November 1 to November 30, agents can apply by completing an online Ocean Medallion training course via www.onesourcecruises.com.

The 300 agents can join one of five legs of the sailing with departures from Southampton, Dublin, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

In addition to experiencing Ocean Medallion, Princess will offer agents speciality dining, cocktail parties, a behind the scenes tour, live entertainment and free onboard spending money.

The Medallion Mega Fam is part of Princess’ 2018 ‘Innovation Tour’. The tour will also feature immersive training sessions, giveaways and a ship visit programme across the UK in Southampton, Liverpool, Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Peter Port.

Fam trip winners will be announced weekly via Princess Cruises’ Academy Facebook page from September 1 to November 30, 2017.
