Uniworld expands butler service

Luxury river cruise operator Uniworld has expanded its butler service across its entire European fleet for 2016.

Uniworld’s butlers, all of who are trained at Ivor Spencer Butler School, provide personalised service for guests staying in the company’s suites.

The service is currently offered on the River Beatrice, Antoinette, Catherine and Theresa.

Kathryn Beadle, managing director of Uniword UK, commented “Uniworld already has the highest staff-to-guest ratio of all river cruise lines and increasing the number of highly trained professionals on-board our ships ensures that second-to-none service. We are really pleased to announce that the in-suite butler service will now be a consistent feature across all our European itineraries, providing guests with a truly luxurious and personalised experience.”

Butlers provide services such as packing and unpacking, laundry as well as in-room breakfast and evening meal services.
